ROUTINE CLEANING (WEEKLY, BIWEEKLY OR MONTHLY):

- Vacuum all carpeting, underneath furniture if area is clear of obstructions

- Vacuum, mop and dry hard floor surfaces, floors and stairs

- Dust furniture and remove cobwebs, general dusting and cleaning

- Bathtubs cleaned and disinfected, shower and shower doors cleaned and disinfected

- Mirrors cleaned and shined, bathroom sink and counters cleaned and disinfected

- Toilet cleaned and disinfected

- Clean exterior surface of range hood and refrigerator (top and front)

- Kitchen sinks cleaned and disinfected

- Clean exterior of large appliances, clean inside and outside of microwave

- Clean table, chairs and benches

- Empty trash, tidy room appearance

These services are standard or routine but not completely inclusive. A more complete cleaning may be required on the first appointment or may be requested by you. There are additional costs for items such as: Interior of refrigerator and stove cleaning, windows sills, blinds, ceiling fans, etc.Many of these services are negotiable so ask us if you need any extras. We also ask that areas to be cleaned are free of clutter such as small toys or clothing on the floor.
